How We Approach Each Matter
Every pension legal matter begins with the same question: what does this particular person actually need? The answer determines which of our three services is appropriate — and sometimes indicates that more than one will be needed in sequence.
We do not offer a single undifferentiated "legal advice" service. Claim documentation preparation, determination review, and litigation counsel are distinct tasks with different inputs, different outputs, and different costs. Treating them as separate services allows us to be precise about what we are doing and what the client is paying for.
Before any work begins, the relevant service and fee are confirmed in writing. Work outside the agreed scope is not carried out without a further written instruction from the client.
Written Instructions First
No work commences without written confirmation of instructions and the agreed fee.
Defined Scope, Defined Output
Each service has a specific output — a completed claim file, a written legal opinion, or court representation through to conclusion.
Progress Communicated Without Prompting
Clients are updated on material developments. Queries are responded to within two working days.
Post-Matter Debrief
At the conclusion of each service, we review the outcome with the client and outline any available next steps.
Service 01
Pension Claim Documentation Preparation

Careful preparation of all documentation required to support a pension claim, including drafting of declarations, organisation of contribution records, and assembly of the supporting evidence pack. We work alongside the client to identify and obtain any additional documentary records that may be helpful, including from former employers and from the pension authority's own files. The work suits clients who wish to submit a complete and well-structured claim from the outset, reducing the likelihood of follow-up requests during the review.

Pension Determination Review

A detailed legal review of a pension determination that has been received from the administering authority. The work includes review of the methodology applied, comparison against the client's record, and identification of any areas where the determination may merit reconsideration. The client receives a written opinion outlining the matters identified and the available avenues for response. Suitable for clients who have recently received a pension determination and wish to understand it fully before deciding on any next steps.

Pension Litigation Counsel

Representation for clients whose pension matter has progressed beyond administrative review and now requires court proceedings. The work includes case preparation, drafting of pleadings, preparation of witness statements where appropriate, and full representation through the court process. We discuss the prospects and costs of litigation openly with each client before proceedings are commenced, and we revisit those discussions as the matter develops so the client always understands where their case stands.

Written Instructions
Every engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins. No work falls outside the agreed scope without a further written instruction.
Two-Day Query Response
Client queries are responded to within two working days. Matter updates are sent proactively as developments arise.
PDPA Compliance
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Data is retained only as long as the matter requires.
Bar Registration
Practising members are registered with the Thai Bar Association and hold current practising certificates under the Lawyers Act.
Post-Matter Debrief
At the conclusion of each engagement, the outcome is reviewed with the client and any available next steps are clearly outlined.
