1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on return visits and to remember certain information, such as your preferences or session state.
Cookies are widely used across the web. Some are essential to the functioning of a site; others are used to understand how visitors interact with a site, or to personalise the content they see. This policy explains which cookies Ramkhamhaeng Law uses and why, and how you can adjust your preferences.
2. Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies are necessary for the website to operate and cannot be disabled. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as submitting a form or setting a cookie preference. Without these cookies, certain parts of the site would not function correctly.
Examples: Cookie consent preference storage, session tokens, CSRF protection.
Duration: Session or up to 12 months depending on purpose.
Analytics Cookies
OptionalThese cookies allow us to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited most frequently or where visitors arrive from. This helps us improve the site and make it more relevant to those who use it.
Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid), page view tracking.
Duration: Up to 24 months.
Marketing Cookies
OptionalThese cookies are used to track visits across websites for the purpose of displaying relevant advertising. They help ensure that any advertisements shown to you are relevant to your interests.
Examples: Advertising network identifiers, conversion tracking pixels.
Duration: Up to 12 months.
Preference Cookies
OptionalThese cookies remember choices you make — such as language or display settings — so that the site can offer a more personalised experience on return visits.
Examples: Language preference, region setting, display options.
Duration: Up to 12 months.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review:
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Maps — interactive map embedded on our homepage. Subject to Google's terms.
- Font providers — Google Fonts may log requests for font files. No personally identifiable information is stored by us as a result of this.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two duration categories:
- Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close it. Used for maintaining your session while navigating the site.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period after your visit. The expiry date is determined by the purpose of the cookie and is typically between 1 month and 24 months.

7. Your Rights
You have the right to withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time using the preference controls in Section 5 above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, and to ask for its correction or deletion. These rights are explained further in our Privacy Policy.
Please be aware that disabling optional cookies will not prevent advertising altogether — it may simply mean that advertising you encounter elsewhere online is less relevant to you.
