Yes. Our Pension Determination Review service is specifically designed for clients who have received a determination and wish to understand it fully. We examine the methodology applied by the authority, compare it against your record, and provide a written legal opinion identifying any areas that may warrant reconsideration and the avenues available to you.
How does the litigation process work and how long does it take?
We discuss the merits and realistic costs of litigation before any proceedings are commenced. Once instructed, we prepare the pleadings, any witness statements, and represent you at hearings. Timelines in Thai court proceedings vary depending on the complexity of the matter and the court's schedule. We keep you informed at every stage so there are no surprises.
Are the service fees fixed or can they change?
The fees listed — ฿2,500 for documentation preparation, ฿5,800 for determination review, and ฿8,100 for litigation counsel — apply to the scope described for each service. If your matter involves additional complexity, we discuss that with you before any work outside the original scope begins. We do not add costs without your prior knowledge and agreement.
Do I need to come to your office, or can we work remotely?
We are able to handle most of the documentation and review work remotely, with documents shared securely. For court-related matters, an initial meeting at our office on Ramkhamhaeng Road is usually helpful. Please contact us and we will work out the most convenient arrangement for your situation.
